|Sales Coordinator will support the Corporate Sales Managers. Responsibilities to include administrative support such as loading data into hotel property management system, the creation of banquet event orders, merging of contracts, and answering inquiries for the hotelís meeting space. Position will also assist in researching and soliciting corporate group and transient business for the property via telephone, email, and outside calls.|
Previous hotel experience is desired but not required. Coordinator will also assist in overseeing corporate events when they are hosted on property.
Individuals looking to advance into Corporate Sales Manager roles should be comfortable prospecting for new business, presenting the property to clients, and working both independently and within a team.
